Solstice Scents- Spring Scents

I just got my package of samples from Solstice Scents. I ordered the sampler pack on the 5th (Friday) and received it Wednesday so pretty impressive. It was $19.50 for 8 scents.

I did preliminary sniffs right out of the mailbox without reading the notes.





~ Blossom Jam Tea Cakes
Southern Tea Cakes, Petit Fours, Floral Infused Jams & Preserves and a Delicate Aroma of Tea

I get a very sweet cake smell, then a fruity background

~ Chiffon
Vanilla, White Amber, White Musk & Lemon Myrtle EO

I definitely get vanilla but maybe a linen or cotton type note? Now looking at the notes I'm thinking maybe it was the white musk or amber? It was very soft, slightly clean.

~ Chantilly Cream
Whipped Cream, Vanilla, Peach Nectar & Yellow Mandarin EO

I found this really similar to Chiffon except I noted something was added to that but I couldn't tell what it was. I suppose its the peach or mandarin but it's very light.

~ Cascade of Gold
Sandalwood, White Sandalwood, Honeysuckle, Champa & White Lotus

Warm resinous, loved it

~ Spirit Tree
Delicate White Flowers, Soft Vanilla & Sandalwood

vanilla woods, definitely got the sandalwood

~ Garden Gate
Lilac, Wisteria & Grass Notes

omg LILAC! 

~ Devil's Millhopper
Heather, Oakmoss, Fern & Delicate Wood Notes

I got green, maybe even grass. I think I'm smelling the oakmoss/fern combo

~ Dellamorte
Oak, White Carnation, Oakmoss, Egyptian Musk & Vanilla

Floral, very pretty! spring florals I thought it might have been hyacinth.
